What others have said about Randy’s coaching:

“Randy Yoder has been an excellent facilitator for our Purpose Process group at the Carlisle First Church. He guides and challenges us to discern and prayerfully consider what decisions have to be made for our vision and mission as a congregation."

-R. Dale Miller, Chairperson, Pennsylvania

"Randy Yoder...was asked to assist our district in pastoral placement and related issues. Our district did not have a focus or philosophy in place for mentoring and guiding congregations other than the most popular ‘book of the day.’ . . .Randy came in, offered, and provided sage advice and counsel to congregations and staff. We now have a proven process working with congregations. It has allowed staff to focus on their work and being productive rather than searching for the new ‘book of the day’ to provide answers."

-Bill Johnson, Board Chair, Pacific Southwest
